Produced with support from the Cultural Support Program of the City of Santa Maria da Feira, *Rewrite the text – Preamble: How to Say Goodbye* marks a new milestone in my career as a writer, producer, and performer.

Throughout this process, I sought to transform my own archives into a living entity. Old lyrics gave rise to new songs, forgotten recordings were rediscovered, and excerpts from previous albums began to interact with previously unreleased compositions, thus creating a narrative where the past and the present coexist.

This work also led me to rediscover *The world. The dream. Being. *The world.*, an EP released at a time when he was still performing under the name of Diogo Dias. As I listened to these songs again, I was able to discern the threads of continuity that only time reveals, and I realized that many of the concerns I had back then continue to influence my current projects.
